At AD Graphics, we understand the importance of a smooth and efficient delivery process when it comes to your large format printing projects. To ensure a seamless delivery experience, we have outlined the key details and procedures below:
Order Processing Time:
Once your order is placed, our team will promptly begin processing it. The typical processing time for most orders is 3 business days. Please note that this timeframe does not include shipping time.
The shipping time is Next Day Delivery.
DHL Delivery NEXT DAY DELIVERY: £15 + VAT.
Very Large Items:
For flat board items whose size is over 150cm x 100cm we offer an Large delivery service with the following rates. For folded items the maximum size applies to the size when folded so most folded items will not incur this charge.
DHL Delivery NEXT DAY DELIVERY: £45 + VAT.
We understand the importance of staying informed about the progress of your order. Once your package is shipped, we will provide you with a tracking number via email. You can use this tracking number to monitor the status of your shipment and its estimated delivery date. Our dedicated customer support team is also available to assist you with any tracking inquiries.
To ensure the safe delivery of your large format prints, we use industry-standard packaging materials and techniques. Your prints will be carefully rolled, packed, and secured in sturdy tubes or boxes to protect them during transit. If you receive your order and notice any damage, please contact our customer support team immediately.

Important Notice for Time-Critical Deliveries
To ensure your order arrives on time for your event or any time-sensitive purpose, we strongly recommend placing your order well in advance. This will allow us to address any unforeseen issues that may arise and potentially impact the delivery date.
As a general guideline, we advise ordering at least twice the lead-time we provide for producing the goods. If possible, it’s even better to allow for a longer buffer period. While unforeseen problems are rare, they can occasionally occur. It’s important to note that we do not accept cancellations for bespoke goods once they have been produced, regardless of the circumstances. If you choose to order last minute and disregard this advice, there is a risk that you may not receive the goods in time for your event.
